GELPS assesses speaking through a variety of task types: read-aloud, listen-and-speak, and interactive speaking scenarios. Our AI scoring model evaluates multiple dimensions including pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary usage, grammar accuracy, and coherence. The model was trained on thousands of expert-rated speaking samples and is regularly calibrated against human raters.
