By using the GELPS platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

GELPS provides an online English proficiency assessment service. The test measures reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through an adaptive, AI-powered format.

3. Registration and Account

You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years of age to register.

4. Identity Verification

You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID. Test results may be invalidated if identity verification fails.

5. Test Rules and Conduct

You must be alone in the room, keep your face and ears visible, not use headphones or outside materials, and not attempt to cheat. Violations may result in score invalidation.

6. Payment and Fees

The standard test fee is $59. Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the test has not been started.

7. Score Validity

GELPS reserves the right to withhold or invalidate scores if we detect any violation of security protocols.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we protect your information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials associated with GELPS are the exclusive property of GELPS or its licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

GELPS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the test.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
